This house in Fox Rock ceiling was badly damaged due to a leaking waste pipe between the ceiling timbers as you can see the plasterboard was very badly water damaged and mould had formed. A large section of the plasterboard to the ceiling had to be removed and the pipes that caused the leak had to be repaired and the coving had to be matched and replaced to bring this property back to a pre-loss condition.
